1.概述(Overview)
微機(jī)消弧裝置將微機(jī)技術(shù)用于電網(wǎng)電壓監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)警和遠(yuǎn)程遙信,利用計(jì)算機(jī)快速、準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力實(shí)現(xiàn)故障報(bào)警等功能。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)電壓采集,準(zhǔn)確的辨別出:金屬接地故障、弧光接地、斷線故障,鐵磁諧振等。

本裝置對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行故障均準(zhǔn)確判斷,動(dòng)作迅速,較完善地實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測(cè)保護(hù)等功能,并能實(shí)時(shí)記錄發(fā)生的故障以及故障發(fā)生的時(shí)間。本裝置可廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)電廠、變電站及鋼鐵、煤炭、石油化工等大型廠礦企業(yè)的電力系統(tǒng)。

The unit can be used for power plants, substation and iron and steel, coal, petrochemical and large mines and factories of the electrical system.

3.信號(hào)燈及按鍵說(shuō)明:(Light and press the key description)
u運(yùn)行:正常運(yùn)行指示燈,閃爍頻率1Hz;
Running: Running lights, flashing frequency 1 Hz;
u報(bào)警:故障指示,系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行后熄滅;
WARNING:failure indications, the system up and running off.
u通訊:遠(yuǎn)方遙信,指示燈閃爍;
Communications: from far away, light is blinking.
u +、-、↑、↓:菜單選擇和參數(shù)調(diào)整按鍵;
+,-, ↑, And ↓: menu selection and parameter adjustment keys;
u確認(rèn):進(jìn)入下級(jí)菜單和確認(rèn)參數(shù)設(shè)定按鍵;
Confirmation: Enter the sub-menu and confirm Parameter Set key.
u取消:返回上級(jí)菜單和取消參數(shù)設(shè)定按鍵;
Cancel: return to previous menu and cancel Parameter Set key.
u復(fù)位:系統(tǒng)重新啟動(dòng)按鍵。

4.工作原理(Working principle)
微機(jī)消弧裝置是基于電壓互感器提供的電壓信號(hào)而設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品。裝置總體結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖所示:主要由微機(jī)處理單元模塊、信號(hào)采集模塊、鍵盤(pán)控制模塊、裝置電源模塊、液晶顯示模塊、報(bào)警信號(hào)模塊和通訊單元模塊構(gòu)成。
Micro-arc unit is based on voltage transformer for Voltage Signal and design of the product. Unit overall structure is shown in the following figure: the micro-processing unit modules, Signal Acquisition Module , keyboard control module, power the unit module, LCD display module, alarm signal modules and communications modules.
二、操作說(shuō)明 (operating instructions)
設(shè)備在到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,先進(jìn)行裝置試驗(yàn),電源要求為直流220V±10%。在送電前需檢測(cè)電源的極性是否正確。

1.通電開(kāi)機(jī)后液晶屏顯示:(power up after power on LCD display)
2.顯示界面:(Display Interface)
當(dāng)裝置上電后,將顯示系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行電壓和當(dāng)前時(shí)間。可以通過(guò)方向按鍵來(lái)進(jìn)行顯示界面切換。
When the unit is powered, the system operating voltage and current time. You can press key to display an Interface to switch.

3.按下“確認(rèn)”按鍵進(jìn)入主菜單界面:(Press the "confirm" key to enter the main menu interface:)
通過(guò)“↑↓”按鍵選擇操作項(xiàng)目,選定項(xiàng)為反色顯示。按下“確認(rèn)”可進(jìn)入要操作的子菜單界面。主菜單共有6項(xiàng)。

4.故障記錄(Fault History)
通過(guò)“↑↓”按鍵查詢最近10次故障的歷史記錄。按下“取消”返回主菜單界面,按“-”鍵清除存儲(chǔ)器記錄。
Through the "↑ ↓" hard to find 10 recent fault history. Press "Cancel" to return to the main menu, press the "-" key to clear the memory record.
5.時(shí)間設(shè)定(Time setting)
通過(guò)按“↑↓”按鍵選擇修改時(shí)間參數(shù)(選中項(xiàng)反色顯示),“+,-”按鍵來(lái)修改時(shí)間,“確認(rèn)”按鍵保存新設(shè)置的時(shí)間,“取消”按鍵不保存新設(shè)置的時(shí)間并返回主菜單。

6.通訊設(shè)置(Communications settings)
通過(guò)按“↑↓”按鍵選擇修改參數(shù)項(xiàng)(選中項(xiàng)反色顯示),“+,-”按鍵來(lái)修改對(duì)應(yīng)的參數(shù),“確認(rèn)”按鍵保存新設(shè)置的參數(shù),“取消”按鍵不保存新設(shè)置的站號(hào)并返回主菜單。

7.參數(shù)設(shè)置(Parameter settings)

8.傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)(Drive test)
通過(guò)按“↑↓”按鍵選擇修改參數(shù)項(xiàng)(選中項(xiàng)反色顯示),“確認(rèn)”按鍵來(lái)修改對(duì)應(yīng)的參數(shù) “取消”按鍵不保存新設(shè)置的站號(hào)并返回上級(jí)菜單。

9.出廠設(shè)置(Factory settings)
按下“確認(rèn)”恢復(fù)出廠參數(shù)設(shè)置。

三、使用環(huán)境(Use environment)
1. 海拔高度:小于2000m,特殊情況下可達(dá)4000m;

4. 使用地點(diǎn)不得有腐蝕性氣體、蒸汽、導(dǎo)電塵埃,不得有爆炸性氣體和破壞絕緣性氣體;
Use conductive place without corrosive gas, vapour, dust, there shall be no explosive gases and destruction of insulation gas
5. 安裝地點(diǎn)具有防風(fēng)、防雨和防塵設(shè)施。

六.通訊規(guī)約 Communications statute
MODBUS(RTU模式)通訊規(guī)約,采用RS-485, 波特率為9600BPS,1位起始位,8位數(shù)據(jù)位,無(wú)校驗(yàn),1位停止位,共10位。裝置出廠時(shí)站址和通訊波特率已設(shè)好了,站址為01。CRC校驗(yàn)權(quán)值為CRC-16=X16+X15+X5+1 主站詢問(wèn)下行報(bào)文格式:
MODBUS (RTU mode) communication protocol, RS-485, baud rate 9600BPS,1 the start bit, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and a total of 10. Appliance factory sites and communication baud rate is set, site is 01. CRC checking weight CRC-16=X16+X15+X5+1 main site then ask for downlink message format:
